Baby Mallards

Here is the family of four baby ducks swimming in the stream past the dam. They are getting larger and are a little more independent.

Mallard and Ducklings

We promise to stop posting pictures of Mallard ducklings soon. However, these were too cute. They've been coming out a dusk and tonight was the first dry day in a while.

The Geek Squad

There have been groups of male mallards with no females swimming around the lake for a few weeks. Since its duck mating season, and these males have no females with them, Mike calls them the Geek Squad.

Mr. and Mrs. Mallard

This pair has been hanging around for two weeks, Chris takes pictures of the fancy ducks. Mike gets the regular ones.
